How We Review: Our Published Methodology
Lists of slots and descriptions of operators are only as useful as the method behind them. JILIPINOYVEXA is an independent guide, not a casino. It takes no deposits and runs no games. This page states the method plainly: what is checked, what is not, where figures come from, and how the site is funded. No operator scores are issued. For adults 21+.
Two kinds of content, two methods
This site publishes game information, such as RTP tables and feature notes, and operator descriptions. They are handled differently. Game information is about the game and comes from the provider. Operator descriptions are about a business and come from its public documents and the regulator's list. A game appearing in a table here says nothing about the safety of any site offering it.
Operator criteria
| Criterion | What is recorded |
|---|---|
| Licence disclosure | The licensed entity named by the site and whether the exact domain is on the regulator's public list |
| Payment rails | The e-wallets and bank rails named in the cashier, and whether all payments stay inside it |
| Terms clarity | Whether wagering, maximum bet, expiry and withdrawal rules are published and consistent |
| KYC rules | Which documents are listed and at what stage they are requested |
| Complaint route | Whether a procedure and an external escalation point are published |
| Responsible-gaming tools | Whether limits, cooling-off and self-exclusion are offered |
| Support channels and app distribution | Whether help is reachable on-site, and whether any app is offered only from the operator's own domain |
The same seven are applied to every operator described. A criterion that cannot be assessed from public material is reported as not disclosed.
How game tables are compiled
RTP figures in the site's tables are the theoretical values published by the game provider. Where a provider allows operators to choose among RTP settings, the table notes that the figure may differ by site and that the game's own information panel is authoritative. Tables ordered by RTP or by maximum win multiplier are orderings of published game properties. They are not rankings of operators and not predictions of results.
What an outside guide can and cannot confirm
- Can confirm: a domain's presence on the regulator's list on a given date; the existence of a published term; how a public payment rail works.
- Cannot confirm: payout speed, fees, minimums, maximums or bonus amounts. These are set by the operator; check its cashier page.
- Cannot confirm: that two domains sharing a brand name share an owner.
- Cannot confirm: any individual's experience, good or bad.
The site does not claim to have tested operators through play, and it does not publish named-author endorsements.
Funding and independence
Links to operators may be partner links that generate commission. Commission does not alter wording. An operator cannot pay to appear, to be described more favourably, or to have a concern removed. The site does not sell placement in its game tables.
Language rules the site follows
- No guarantees of winning and no 'sure' strategies.
- No operator-specific numbers stated as fact.
- Amounts in Philippine pesos only.
- Clear statement that play is for those 21 and over.
- A pointer to responsible-gaming help wherever money is discussed.
Corrections
Each page shows when it was last modified. Corrections are applied directly to the text when a source changes or an error is reported, and unsupported statements are removed.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is the Highest RTP table a list of the best places to play?
No. It orders games by a published property of the game. It does not assess any operator.
Why 'not disclosed' instead of a guess?
A guess presented as fact misleads. If an operator does not publish something, saying so is the accurate description.
Does commission influence which games are listed?
No. Game tables are built from provider information and are not sold.
How current are the pages?
Check the modified date. Operator terms can change at any time, so the operator's own pages are the final reference.
Before You Choose an Operator
Compare PAGCOR-licensed operators, read the bonus terms and set a budget before you deposit.
